Deploy a Complete Solution

Working closely with our hardware partners enables us to streamline the deployment of our proprietary software to your center, no matter where you’re located. Once the order is processed, your PC hardware will arrive completely assembled and ready to use, will all the necessary software loaded and configured. All you have to do is unbox and plug it in, and it’s ready to go! Any last minute updates and patches will be automatically deployed via our software, enabling you to focus on all the other tasks critical to making sure your business is the best it can be!

Keeping up with current technology and ensuring that all the games in your library both current and new will run can be difficult. (Terms negotiable) If a piece of hardware fails, all you need to do is package the box and ship it to our facility, the shipping cost is on us. We will troubleshoot and fix or replace any necessary hardware, and ship it back to you quickly, often within 7 days!

Software Solutions

Patching

Once a patch becomes available for a game, our system will deploy it within a maximum of 72 hours. That's a contractual guarantee! Quite often patches are deployed within the same day of release. Once our technicians have tested and examined the patch to ensure that it won't cause any conflicts or security problems, we immediately deploy it to all our clients.

Your store is in constant contact with our servers, so as soon as we deploy a patch, the software running in your store will download it and make it available to your PCs. Instead of downloading a patch onto each of your systems individually, we conserve your internet bandwidth by only downloading it once. Once acquired on the local server, each of the client PCs will transparently receive a copy of the patch and deploy it, even if a customer is playing on the machine, all without disturbing their gaming experience.

New Games

Deploying new games can be just as easy as patching existing ones! Our software downloads all necessary files and stores them locally on your server. This includes the game data, CD image, and any necessary LM or PUF files. All the files are then sent to the clients and configured, again just as transparently as patches. Our software can even automatically add the new game to Smartlaunch, Cyber Cafe Pro, and most other major GC Software. All you have to do is announce the new game to customer!

License Management

License Management gives GC's the ability to have a lesser number of CD keys or accounts than there are actual physical PCs in your store. This common practice enables GC's to save hundreds or thousands of dollars every year in game purchases. It can also be the bane of a Game Center Owner's existence. As gaming becomes more and more advanced, so do the copy-prevention measures, which can complicate GC's attempt to commute CD keys and accounts between computers.

An integral part of the [MYTH]Powered Solutions service is the ability to utilize License Management. Not only is LM supported for all games deployed by our system, our software is specially designed to ensure that even the newest and most advanced copy-protection methods are manageable. All of our methods are also completely legal, they do not violate copy-protection laws and you will never need worry about men in black suits showing up at your door.

Personal User File Management

One of the most common difficulties in running a PC gaming environment is making sure that if a customer has saved a game, custom maps, or keyboard bindings that they get to use it the next time they visit you. Unfortunately the most common solution to this challenge is to try and make sure that a customer sits at the same PC each time. Obviously this can be troublesome; as that seat may very well be occupied the next time they come in. PUF Management allows users to move freely about your store, and their saved games and configurations will automatically follow them.

[MYTH]Powered Solutions can help with this too! Our system can handle PUF management for any game currently on the market, and is constantly being updated to handle new ones. Many popular Game Center administration software packages have rudimentary PUF abilities. Our software takes it to the next level.
