You must review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase. By purchasing at the [MYTH]Powered Solutions Store, whether you place your order online, through sales or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review [MYTH]Powered Solutions’ warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Non-[MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded, third-party products are, to the greatest extent permitted by law, sold "AS IS" by the [MYTH]Powered Solutions Store, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. [MYTH]Powered Solutions sells "AS IS" products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from [MYTH]Powered Solutions. Products sold through the [MYTH]Powered Solutions Store that do not bear the [MYTH]Powered Solutions Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products (unless the third-party product is pre-installed in an [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded computer). [MYTH]Powered Solutions's Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded, even if packaged or sold with [MYTH]Powered Solutions products. Return and Refund PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your [MYTH]Powered Solutions purchase of a product, please visit online Support Center or call 800.735.2515 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). For eligible [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded computers, [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded systems and third-party products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Custom [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded (e.g., engraved or customized in any way) may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, [MYTH]Powered Solutions will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the [MYTH]Powered Solutions warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. [MYTH]Powered Solutions will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory. If you purchased your order using an [MYTH]Powered Solutions Business Lease, Game Center contract, or public or private institutional purchase order agreement, [MYTH]Powered Solutions may ask you to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) so [MYTH]Powered Solutions can assess the 10% restocking fee. Please note that [MYTH]Powered Solutions does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
*You may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken. Note: [MYTH]Powered Solutions requires that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to [MYTH]Powered Solutions or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the BoxAn [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please visit online Support Center or call 800.735.2515 within 72 hours of the delivery date. [MYTH]Powered Solutions Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
If [MYTH]Powered Solutions Technical Support determines that a returned product is not DOA, [MYTH]Powered Solutions will apply [MYTH]Powered Solutions’ standard product warranty to the product. Further, if [MYTH]Powered Solutions Technical Support determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not DOA, [MYTH]Powered Solutions may impose a $400 handling fee. This DOA policy applies only to [MYTH]Powered Solutions-branded hardware products currently offered at the [MYTH]Powered Solutions Store. As new products are offered, [MYTH]Powered Solutions reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. This DOA policy does not apply to third-party products that do not bear the [MYTH]Powered Solutions brand name. You must call the manufacturer directly with any third-party product issues. APO/FPO Addresses: If you’re an APO/FPO customer and you’re outside the domestic delivery area, the standard [MYTH]Powered Solutions Return and Refund Policy applies — with the exception that you’re responsible for shipping the product back to a state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability.
